  1. Applicants must have completed +2 level (Higher Secondary Education), A-Level, or an equivalent qualification in Science stream with subjects in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
  2. A minimum aggregate score of 45% or a 2.0 GPA is required.

Admission Requirements for BE-Civil Program

Applicants seeking admission to the Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BE-Civil) program are required to submit the following documents:

  1. Completed Application Form: Fill out and sign the BE-Civil application form provided by the college or complete the online application as instructed.
  2. Educational Documents: Submit attested copies of all relevant academic certificates and transcripts.
  3. Photographs: Provide two recent passport-sized photographs.

Admission Process

  1. Admission opens once a year during the August session.
  2. Applicants must complete all admission formalities, including the payment of required fees, to secure enrollment.
  3. Incomplete applications or those missing necessary documents will not be processed.
  4. Provisionally admitted students under special conditions must submit all required documents within one month of the commencement of regular classes, failing which their admission may be canceled.

  2. The Scholarship Committee of Pokhara University conducts entrance examinations for scholarship applicants.

Evaluation Criteria for BE-Civil Program
